Palau National Communications Commission Welcomes Its Second Rock Island Cellsite(Exclusive)

By Clifford Agugoesi, Editor-in-Chief
A group of 15 highly skilled technicians from the Palau National Communications Commission(PNCC) teams for Property & Resources, Switch Operations, and Plant & Construction joined forces recently to complete the next step in constructing its second Rock Islands cell site on Ngermeaus Island.
Cyber Era NG learns exclusively that with dedicated teamwork, the technicians hauled all the construction materials up to the site and finished building and wiring the new tower within five days.
Next, we understand that PNCC will work to complete the alignment and connection of the new antenna to its national mobile network, enabling the Ngermeaus site to go live for customers to use sometime later this month.
When ready for service launch, the second site will expand on the coverage already provided by the first Rock Islands site at Ngchus Island which was completed in January this year.
