Engr. Titi Omo-Ettu received his secondary education at Adeola Odutola College, Ijebu Ode, Ogun State from 1963 to 1967; proceeded to University of Lagos where he graduated B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (1968-1973) and subsequently trained at the Telecom Executive Management Institute of Canada in 1990.

His professional career has an active link with telecommunications engineering, management and development that dates to 1974. It is a marriage of convenience between his first love – engineering, and later, telecommunications and management all of which attest to his reach and plurality of his skills and attainments which has seen several honours and awards conferred upon him.

At a little over 40, he retired from public service of NITEL to pursue a parallel but more inspiring career in private practice and particularly to participate in the change of the telecommunications landscape not just in Nigeria but globally.

Today, he is seen a retired Telecommunications Consultant, Trainer and Publisher who focused on developmental processes.

He was Consultant to the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), from its inception in 1993 to 2010 serving the Commission in the areas of industry studies and research, universal service plans, and internet applications.

Engr Omo-Ettu is all time Managing Consultant of TELECOM ANSWERS ASSOCIATES, Founder of THE CYBERSCHUUL, and Publisher of the rested CyberschuulNews.com

He is the current Chairman, Governing Board of the Digital Bridge Institute, an ICT training and innovation hub established by the NCC as an intervention to attend to the dearth of adequate skills in the evolving Telecommunications/ICT industry in Nigeria and beyond. He is also Chairman, Primotek Services Ltd, a telecommunications service firm; Chairman, UNILAG Faculty of Engineering Alumni Association, and Chairman, Advisory Board of Cyber Era, an Online ICT Magazine.(WWW.CYBERERA.COM.NG).

He is a recipient of several honours and awards from professional, trade and regulatory bodies such as The Nigerian Academy of Engineering, Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), Council for Computer Professionals Regulation in Nigeria (CPN), The Nigerian Society of Engineers, (NSE) The Nigerian Institute of Management, (NIM), and Association of Telecommunications Companies of Nigeria, (ATCON).

Engr. Omo-Ettu is a COREN Registered Engineer, Fellow, Nigerian Academy of Engineering; Fellow, Nigerian Society of Engineers; Fellow, Telecom Executive Management Institute of Canada.
