A wholly owned subsidiary of a state-owned corporation, Intium combines the strength of a major network operator with the agility of a focused, solution-driven business. Serving developers, proponents, investors, project owners and large-scale energy users nationwide, Intium offers industry-leading expertise across planning, delivery, operations and maintenance to deliver complex grid connections.

Following a competitive open tender, Intium has partnered with Australian software company UniPhi to implement its portfolio and project management software, configured specifically as a contract management system. The rollout is supported under the NSW Government’s ICT Services Scheme, which simplifies procurement and encourages innovation in digital service delivery.

Chosen for its flexibility and configuration capability, UniPhi’s cloud-based platform will replace fragmented tools such as spreadsheets and emails with a connected system that allows for high levels of contractual compliance, visibility, and collaboration.

“UniPhi has enabled Intium to deliver on its promise of transparency, early collaboration, and proactive risk management to protect value and strengthen relationships,” said Executive General Manager at Intium Nathan Rhodes.

Intium’s configuration will enable teams to complex infrastructure contracts, streamline supplier communications, and maintain oversight across contract workflows, document approvals, and compliance checkpoints, all from a single platform.

“We are excited to be supporting Intium with a tailored solution that reflects their operational goals and governance requirements,” said Chief Operating Officer at UniPhi Rajeel Deo. “It’s a great example of how cloud-based systems can be shaped to meet the evolving needs of government-backed infrastructure delivery.”
