On July 13, 2022, the Chief Technology Officer of ContextLogic Inc. Farhang Kassaei, provided notice of his intention to resign from the Company. Mr. Kassaei intends to continue in his position until August 22, 2022 to provide a transition period.
Kassaei’s resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter related to its operations, policies, or practices.
