A not-for-profit organisation providing affordable housing and essential services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, Aboriginal Housing Victoria (AHV), has implemented the UniPhi software in their project management. As the complexity and number of projects under AHV grew, they deployed UniPhi to efficiently meet their goals and seek out a better solution.
This implementation allowed UniPhi to manage their costs, revenues, and documents, as well as conduct contract administration, financial reporting, and seamless business central integration. Through this, AHV was able to have more consistent and transparent data, and a significant reduction in oversight.
“We were introduced to UniPhi software through sector experience, and we are glad to have made it part of how we work” said Director of Assets and Development at AHV Drago Chikitch. “Having everything in one place, from contracts to cashflow reporting, has given us greater confidence and control over our projects”.
With AHV’s previous methods being more manual and prone to inconsistent data, UniPhi helped support this by alleviating these issues and introducing a more effective process to manage their projects. The application of UniPhi has led to AHV being able to meet the growing demands of their projects, as well as ensuring that they deliver sustainable and affordable housing for all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
“This is a wonderful example of how the right people, with the right tools, can create real impact” said CEO of UniPhi Mark Heath. “UniPhi wasn’t just chosen as software, it was recommended by people who trusted it from experience, and now it’s helping AHV deliver housing that makes a difference. That’s the kind of story we’re proud to be part of”.
