PPBE Reform Task Force Names Definitive Logic CTO Michael Conlin As Chair, Welcomes Other Members

Chief technology officer of Definitive Logic, Michael Conlin was appointed chair of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution Reform Task Force, a team formed by the American Society of Military Comptrollers to promote the Department of Defense’s PPBE reform awareness, ExecutiveBiz reported.

Conlin will work with other recently named members of the PPBE Reform Task Force on fundamental principles and policy actions. He said it is an opportunity to help the DOD advance its position in the current “great power competition.”
