In line with its dedication to operational excellence, a group of PNCC managers recently took part in a unique learning experience titled “Unlock Potential with Personality Training.”
The sessions were led by Director of Human Resources and Corporate Development at Citadel Pacific Ltd., Dr. John Rivera and sponsored by SHRM–Palau (Society for Human Resource Management–Palau).
This training aims to help employees gain insights into their own personality preferences and understand how these traits affect leadership, communication, and collaboration.
Other attendees came from PPUC, PCC, Surangel & Sons Company, Koror State Government, the Office of the President, PICRC, various State Governments, and private businesses.
