Ofcom July 23 published a consultation on applying the Electronic Communications Code to AWTG Limited under section 107(6) of the Communications Act 2003.
The Code is designed to facilitate the installation and maintenance of an electronic communications network, conferring rights which result in simplified planning procedures.
The consultation closes on August 23, 2025.
