Air traffic regulator ANAC plans consultations with market participants on October 19 and 20 to update the regulatory agenda for 2023 and 2024.

“The regulatory agenda is a biannual plan that reinforces the model of transparency and social participation that guides ANAC,” the regulator said in a press release.

“It is built collaboratively, with input from society and the regulated sectors, which considers the impacts [for] the public. It is on the regulatory agenda that the agency formally indicates the topics that will be a priority in its standardization process,” it added.
