Apex Fintech Solutions Appoints Chantal Wessels As New Chief Financial Officer

The fintech for fintechs powering innovation and the future of digital wealth management, Apex Fintech Solutions has announced the appointment of Chantal Wessels as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Wessels will succeed Chris Springer, who will transition to Strategic Finance Advisor, after a successful four-year tenure leading the company.

Wessels brings over 18 years of financial industry experience to the firm, having previously served as Division CFO for the Capital Access Platform division at Nasdaq. Wessels played a pivotal role in establishing centers of excellence in Manila and Bangalore, driving a modernization initiative for the firm’s global financial reporting structures. Wessels also spearheaded the acceleration and execution of Nasdaq’s Corporate ESG strategy.

As Chief Financial Officer of Apex, Wessels will be responsible for the strategic oversight of the financial areas of the business, working hand in hand with business leaders across the firm.
