A digital marketing platform for small businesses, Sendinblue has announced the appointment of Yvan Saule as the company’s new chief technology officer (CTO) with the aim of strengthening the company’s omnichannel strategy. Saule will visit the company to assess and propose new innovative approaches, assuming the leadership of the technological future at an international level, thus completing the restructuring of the management structure.
His signing confirms the company’s commitment to optimizing its processes and leading Sendinblue towards digital excellence with new technological solutions. His goal, within the company, will be to empower SMEs to help them prosper in business through a low-cost SaaS marketing tool, and become the alliance of small businesses so they can compete with large and established brands via the evolution of the digital marketing and CRM offerings of the platform.
“I’m excited to join Sendinblue to assist SMEs in achieving digital excellence and leading our engineering team to maximize their potential while improving our products and innovation strategy,” said Yvan Saule. “My objective is to foster a strong engineering culture so that Sendinblue can continue to innovate at a faster pace while providing a more advanced service.”
Yvan Saule has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. A Bachelor of Engineering from the Nantes School of Mines has an MBA in Digital Business Transformation. Saule has spent his last years improving the performance of numerous corporations such as Publicis Sapient, a consulting business specialized in digital transformation within the energy and public services industries.
Saule was responsible for the launch of Octopia, an e-commerce marketplace platform for business development before moving to Sendinblue. During his time with the company, he coordinated the platform launch and increased the team from 8 to 300 engineers in two years.
