PNCC’s Cyber Security Specialist, Hannah Fakatou was recently a guest speaker for an Emmaus Bethania High School computer class, at the invitation of Instructor Keizy Shiro.
The emphasis of the class is to explore the many ways in which technology, specifically computer applications, help simplify the work we do today.
Ms. Fakatou’s presentation “How Technology Simplifies Work” covered school and work before technology; computer applications; the role of connectivity; an overview of cellular, fixed line, broadband Internet, and DTV services; and cybersecurity at PNCC.
Her expertise provided students with valuable insights into cybersecurity and helped them better understand the importance of protecting digital information in today’s technology-driven world.
Students were able to win Airtime prizes for answering questions after the presentation.
