PNCC Sharpens Financial Management Skills Of Staff Members

In line with PNCC’s commitment to continuous improvement, three PNCC staff  namely PNCC Accounting Manager;Novie Martinez, PNCC CFO; Robert Ramarui, and PNCC Accountant II, Jade Kloulchad, recently joined finance executives from throughout the Pacific at the CFO Conference in Samoa hosted by the Pacific Islands Telecommunication Association (PITA).

The focus of the forum was both strategic leadership and technical financial imperatives, with regional relevance, including topics such as:

• Best practices in financial planning and management, with financing and reporting for sustainable telecom projects
• FINTECH and AI
• Hands-on crisis simulation and applied learning, to sharpen CFO decision-making in high-stakes, real-time scenarios.
• Telecom-specific business continuity planning, and tailored protection for high-risk infrastructure in the Pacific.
