Specialising in building inspections and remediation, PASG delivers end-to-end project management services for strata managers, owners’ committees, and body corporates.

With a strong focus on innovation, including 3D imaging and AI-driven assessments, PASG recognised the need for a centralised platform to support operations, it has expanded its use of UniPhi software to meet this need.

UniPhi is an award-winning project and portfolio management system developed and engineered in Australia. Designed to replace outdated, disconnected tools developed in the ’90s and early 2000s, UniPhi reflects a growing industry shift toward integrated, real-time platforms. The software provides a centralised solution that now operates as a fully integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, streamlining project delivery, financial tracking, and business operations in one place.

Key challenges addressed by UniPhi Software included:

• Dispersed data and manual financial processes

• Inconsistent workflows across projects

• Limited visibility into forecasting and cashflow

• Revenue leakage due to bulk invoicing methods.

Over 130 active projects were successfully migrated using UniPhi’s copy-paste import method. Financial tracking and forecasting are now fully centralised, and branded, time-based invoices are integrated with Xero, reducing admin effort and improving revenue accuracy.

“The implementation of UniPhi software has supported positive developments in how we manage our projects,” said Chief Financial Officer at PASG Sunela Samaranayake. “It has helped us strengthen accuracy, reduce the risk of revenue loss, and better capture the value of our work.” The collaboration highlights the role of Australian software innovation in delivering scalable solutions.
