By Julius Ewudo, Cyber Era NG ASEAN Region Representative

Pledge Consulting has announced the return of the Project Management Technology Showcase (PMTS) 2025, taking place on 30–31 July at UTS’s Aerial Function Centre in Sydney. Now in its second year, PMTS has already cemented its place as the leading forum for showcasing the digital tools, platforms, and solutions reshaping how projects are delivered across Australia and beyond.

PMTS 2025 brings together senior project professionals, delivery leaders, CIOs, technology providers, and innovation teams to explore how digital capability and data-driven decision-making can unlock performance, transparency, and strategic alignment. Attendees will gain firsthand exposure to the technologies driving the future of project execution, spanning AI-driven reporting, integrated portfolio management, real-time collaboration, and advanced resource planning.

This year’s programme features:

• Live demos from over a dozen technology partners

• Expert panels on the evolving role of technology in PMO strategy

• Keynotes from industry leaders on AI, governance, and adaptive delivery

• The AI Power Hour – a dedicated Q&A on practical AI tools and real-world use

• Ample networking opportunities with peers and solution providers tackling real-world challenges

“PMTS isn’t just about tech demos—it’s about empowering project teams with the tools they need to lead in a rapidly changing delivery environment,” said Managing Director of Pledge Consulting Louise Gardner. “We created this event to help project teams and delivery leaders cut through the noise, compare technologies side-by-side, and get inspired by what’s possible.”

Project failure is a widespread challenge, so whether you’re looking to modernise your delivery ecosystem, drive value realisation, or simply stay ahead of the curve, PMTS 2025 delivers the insights and connections you can’t afford to miss.
