Drawing on the success of its inaugural event in 2023, this year’s edition of the UPU Innovation Challenge is anticipated to be as exciting and impactful, Cyber Era NG has learnt.
To this end, the UPU is delighted to announce a call for participation in the second edition of the UPU Innovation Challenge, which will aim to unlock the power of artificial intelligence (AI). The Innovation Challenge will be held in Berne, Switzerland, on 29-31 May 2024, in conjunction with the 32nd Conference on Postal and Delivery Economics.
Registrations are open until April 25.
The 2024 edition is a groundbreaking initiative aimed at harnessing the potential of AI within the postal sector to develop AI-driven solutions that drive operational efficiency, improve customer service, and advance digital inclusion, sustainable practices and regulation. The event will feature insightful and engaging discussions, thought-provoking presentations and networking opportunities.
Cyber Era NG further learns Challenge participants will have an opportunity to access unique postal, aviation, and international trade datasets, curated from an expansive archive of tens of billions of records through the UPU’s big data systems, and made available exclusively for the purpose of this event.
