Speaking at the official announcement of the partnership, the founding partner of ICTLC, Paolo Balboni – a professor of privacy and cybersecurity at the European Centre on privacy and cybersecurity, Maastricht University and Chair of the Data Protection Board of the European Patent Office expressed his excitement thus: “ Babalola is a leading lawyer in our field in Nigeria.
