Ofcom has confirmed changes to its BBC Performance Tracker to ensure the survey remains up-to-date and fit for purpose.
The TMT regulator’s BBC Performance Tracker measures viewers and listeners’ perceptions of and attitudes towards the BBC. In April 2020, Ofcom published a notification of proposed changes to the tracker and invited feedback. “These amendments included changing or removing existing questions, as well as adding new ones. Having considered responses, we are now confirming these changes,“ said Ofcom.
