UK TMT regulator, Ofcom is proposing to make changes to its BBC Performance Tracker to ensure it remains up-to-date and fit for purpose.
Ofcom’s BBC Performance Tracker measures viewers and listeners’ perception of and attitudes towards the BBC.
Said Ofcom: “We are now preparing the 2020 wave of the research and, following a thorough review, are proposing a number of modifications to the survey. We plan to change or remove some existing questions, as well as adding new ones.”
The regulator invites feedback by 4pm on Monday 30 March.
