Global omnichannel customer experience and contact center solutions firm, Genesys® has announced its cloud sales have risen 32 per cent year-over-year thanks to the role of cloud. The cloud business growth spans all market segments with 70 per cent gains in the mid-market, 50 per cent in small-and-medium sized enterprises, and 30 per cent in large enterprises.
In 2018, cloud deals valued at $1 million or more increased by 110 per cent over the previous year.
